Hey Melissa,

I actually send the list to my clients and ask them to go over the questions and send me their top ten goals. If it's too overwhelming, I incorporate it into the coaching and we answer the questions together. In the past, I've offered this as a workshop and as a retreat, which are also quite popular.

Hi Melissa,

I love "Soggy Shoulder Girl"! That is awesome! I definitely do this as a year end retreat. I'm away at a conference right now. I use my travel time to do this retreat. It makes the trip from the east coast to the west something fun and exciting (and productive). I'd love to see your final product. Please share your list with me.

Love,
Carrie

Carrie! What an exhaustive list. It would make for a great year end retreat - get away and really think about the answers to those questions. I love #6. It takes the boring and mundane and makes them extraordinary and exciting! The first one I thought of was, instead of supportive friend, how about “Soggy Shoulder Girl.” Thanks for a great post. :)
PS Do you have something you take clients through that makes use of the Spectacular Direction Questions?
